7th Battalion CEF
The 7th battalion was organized in Camp Valcartier and composed of recruits from British Columbia, with a strength of 49 officers and 1083 other ranks. The battalion embarked from Quebec City on 25 September 1914, on the troop ship Virginian, and disembarked in the UK on 14 October, and arrived in France on 10 February 1915.
