130th Battalion CEF

The 130th battalion was recruited in Lanark and Renfrew counties and mobilized in Perth, Ontario, with a strength of 25 officers and 573 other ranks. The battalion embarked in Halifax on 27 September 1916, on the troop ship Lapland, and disembarked in the UK on 6 October.
