102nd Battalion CEF
The 102nd battalion was recruited in northern British Columbia and mobilized in Comox, British Columbia, with a strength of 37 officers and 968 other ranks. The battalion embarked from Halifax on 20 June 1916, on the troop ship Empress of Britain, and disembarked in the UK on 28 June.
