Lawrence Hunt était un avocat de New York qui se fit connaître en tant que critique de l’isolationnisme américain durant la Seconde guerre mondiale. Ses écrits furent diffusés dans une grande partie de l’Empire britannique, et il devint un orateur populaire dans le circuit des conférences de guerre.
